JOB DESCRIPTION

The Content Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality English content to support marketing efforts, brand building, and communications. This role involves developing engaging content for social media, websites, video scripts, and other marketing materials tailored to the target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation:

• Write and edit blog posts, video scripts, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and website content.
• Plan content on a weekly, monthly basis, and for special events as required by the Account Manager.
• Develop marketing scripts and content for businesses like nail salons, restaurants, and boba shops, etc in the US.
• Translate documents, text, and content as requested.

2. Research and Idea Generation:

• Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content.
• Propose and develop creative content ideas that align with the brand’s tone.

3. SEO and Optimization:

• Optimize content for search engines using keywords and best SEO practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content drives traffic and engagement.

4. Proofreading and editing:

• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and formatting are correct.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and maintains professionalism.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with Account Managers, designers, and marketing team members to execute effective campaigns.
• Ensure content is accurate and relevant by collaborating with other teams.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a Copywriting, Content Writing, or similar role.

2. Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Fluent in English with excellent Reading and Writing skills, with an IELTS score between 5.5 and 6.5.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, or other similar content creation tools.
• Strong research skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Good time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush is a plus.

4. Working Hours

• Night Shift: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Monday to Saturday (5.5 days per week)
