Job Description
-
Process payroll and handle procedures related to Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI).
-
Declare and finalize Personal Income Tax (PIT) and manage Trade Union records.
-
Handle HR procedures such as labor contracts, appointments, dismissals, transfers, rewards, and disciplinary actions.

Prepare and submit labor-related reports to government agencies.
-
Build budgets and manage salary, bonus, and welfare funds.
-
Provide consultation and respond to employees’ inquiries about HR policies and benefits.
-
Participate in developing and proposing improvements for compensation, reward, and employee benefits regulations, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate in organizing company activities and events.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and software for Social Insurance and PIT declaration.

Skilled in drafting documents, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Logical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized.

High sense of responsibility.
