Job Responsibilities

Design and Creative Development

• Create materials for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, and presentations, ensuring all designs are on-brand and visually consistent.

Process Compliance

• Follow established design approval workflows to ensure quality and alignment with company standards.

Format Adaptation

• Design according to pre-defined formats and templates to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns.

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and software to incorporate innovative elements into designs.
• Propose new ideas and improvements for marketing and branding strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creativity.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage for collaborating with international teams or clients.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• 5.5 days per week (Saturday work from home)
