Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries in English & Vietnamese
• Receive customer feedback, resolve issues and complaints professionally
• Support management of customer accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Yelp
• Assist with updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor is a plus)
• Support basic marketing design tasks (posters, banners, ads)
• Assist U.S. nail salon owners with marketing and branding needs
• Track customer payments and prepare simple reports when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customers effectively

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Service / Call Center is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
• Good English communication skills (IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent is an advantage)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in computer and office software (Word, Excel)
• Own a laptop/PC to support Work From Home (WFH) if needed
• Able to work night shifts and handle work pressure well
