Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business customers across the US mostly nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops and fast food establishments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues related to POS systems and payment terminals via phone, remote access and online support tools.
• Guide customers through product setup, basic troubleshooting and daily operation.
• Assist customers with basic network configuration, including routers, modems and reserved IP settings to ensure stable device connectivity.
• Record support cases and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Working Schedule:

• Shift 1: 08 PM – 04 AM
• 5.5 days per week
• On-site working at the company office

Requirements

• English communication skills equivalent to IELTS 5.5–6.0 or above.
• Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including routers, modems and reserved IP.
• Experience in IT helpdesk, technical support and basic understanding of POS systems, payment terminal is a strong advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, teamwork and willingness to work night shifts.
